History of LibertyPackage
A new feature for Clyde, the Outlaw CMS package allows wiki, blogs, articles, and more to store their data in the same table, called tiki_content. This table holds the text data for all content - blogs, wiki, articles, etc. all in one column. This permits super fast searching, as well as simplified data storage/retrieval & text processing via a common base class. A plugin mechanism will permit the text to be of varying syntax types (TikiWiki, Wikipedia (aka MediaWiki), HTML, XML, text, etc...)
There is also a highly flexible mechanism for attaching *any* id driven mechanism to content - this is call TikiStorage. The storage types are handled completely through Outlaw storage plugins.

A few notes:
* Variable languages for the same content_id is not currently implemented. In fact, content_id is a PRIMARY KEY. Eventually, the PRIMARY KEY for tiki_content will probably be (content_id, language)
